Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cosmetic Doctor Brisbane for your cosmetic journey. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Consultation Fees:

Our complimentary consultations require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. If you decide not to proceed with any future appointments or treatment, your booking deposit will be fully refunded.

Booking Deposits:

We require a $50 booking deposit to secure every appointment. Deposits are fully refundable (in alignment with our cancellation policy) and may be redeemed for a final treatment.

Treatment Fees:

All fees paid for cosmetic procedures are non-refundable once the procedure has been completed. This includes but is not limited to, injectables, mole removal procedures, and microneedling.

Micro needling Packages:

Micro needling packages are non-refundable, unless required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. However, if an unforeseen medical condition prevents the client from completing the package, this is up to the discretion of Cosmetic Doctor Brisbane. We do not accept change of mind refunds.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the approved refund request. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your upcoming appointment. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee, which consequently forfeits your $50 booking deposit. In the event of a cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, your booking deposit will be fully refunded.

Extreme Circumstances:

In the case of extreme circumstances, such as serious illness, or other significant emergencies, late cancellation fees will be determined at the discretion of our clinic.

Changes to our Cancellation Policy:

If we change our cancellation, the changes will be effective immediately and communicated to our patients through our website.
